Bolt it to non adjustable castings and make sure the hitch (if hydraulic) cannot intrude into the seat or leg area. Assure hand holds and arm rest/arms, that retain the rider left and right away from tires and moving drive train components. Shielding is mandatory for rotating PTO like elements. Cushions must be solid enough to be secure, not pillows. Back rests should provide security and be strong enough to assure its strength against leaning back and acceleration forces. Due to liability issues, I recommend you have a design looked at by a farmer, or structural specialist. They will not sign off, but could warn you away from grief.
