If it has the row crop tractor mounts it will bolt right on. If it has the utility mounting bracket for a 2840-2955 you can use it too. You just have to make a spacer and use longer bolts in the rear axle support.
The frame rails on JD row crop tractors under 150 HP stayed the same width from the JD 3010-4010 clear to the JD 55 series tractors. When the 7000 series came out then the loader brackets are completely different.
