This is my "new" machine. Have owned older tractors for my hunting property and I am not familiar with this one yet. Have read the owners manual, but its written for dozens of models and hard to follow for my specific machine.
Main questions: The rear end make a "hydrostatic-ish" howl when in the low range and working it (plowing/etc) doesn't sound bad, just different then my 46 H and 53 jubilee. Obviously the 71 has more meat in the rear end, wet brakes, etc.,.
I am looking for a good resource regarding the workings of the rear end, Like to know these things. ordered an IT manual, but looking towards the collective experience here first.
