First off, is there a hole with a cover over it in the rear where the PTO would be? If its just smooth back there (not even a hole), you're going to have to get a whole rear housing off a PTO tractor. And with an industrial, you still may not be out of the woods- they often have very different transmissions than ag versions (forward-reverse shuttle, etc). As Janicholson said, try the Massey board. And if you have a Massey dealer nearby that you're friendly with, ask to study his parts manuals for the industrial and the corresponding ag model- they'll often tell you what parts are unique to each, and whether the conversion is feasible.
At the very least, you're going to have to come up with the PTO parts, gears, engagement lever, etc.- I'm wagering that you'd be better off buying what you want in the first place.
