The only thing I can say about that deal... is if you want rid of the truck and want the car... do the deal. Neither you or him may value the car at 6 grand... but he may not value the truck at 6 grand either... lol To me... older semi worth 6 grand means mid 90's with an N14, 13 speed and serviceable tires; otherwise roadable.
