The blocks are identical everywhere it's important.
You will need to swap the front engine cover over from the H engine, because the ignition mounts are slightly different, unless your H was made after 1950.
Don't know about the clutch. Are you sure the splines are different? I think the transmission input shaft splines in the clutch plates are the same. Worst case you have to use the H flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate.
