I have looked at ORC 4511.27-30 and don't see where you've come up with that idea about the passing vehicle having the right of way over the vehicle making a left when going in the same direction. From the looks of the accident scene to me they were both traveling in the same direction and your post makes no sense to me. Could you elaborate? I was a State Trooper for over 20 years and pent the last 6 or 7 as a DOT Inspector. I have the highest regard for professional drivers, but holding a CDL does not not male you infallible.
