I have a IH 3514. The pto just quit working. I don"t kow if th pto is hydrostat or mechencial. Looking under the tractor it apperas to be mechencial. Anyone had an issue similar. Can I get to the root of the problem by pulling the shaft plate or do I have to split the tractor. It has the 239 diesel engine.
