Take a look at kawasaki, red is cheaper. Don"t gators use the kawasaki engine too? I looked at a used 5 year old gator last night on craigslist and it was the same money that I paid for a new 2012 mule 4010 after the 2013 came out.
Gators do command a higher price. I love my 48 in JD lawn mower and tiller. It has a 17 hp kawasaki engine. So I like JD green. I spent 6 months looking for a used gator and finally decided on a new Mule. George
