Sounds like the seals on the 3pt piston are blown out but you need to do as stated and post pics. on Case forum. only a few 610B's were produced with 28" rears. Most 600B's were row crops with 36" rears. The tractor you are refering to could be a 430 with either eagle hitch, or standardized 3pt hitch, labeled as Draft-O-Matic 3pt hitch. Loren, the Acg.
