JohnT, It's going to be interesting to see how the AHC plays out. Sure there will be some changes, have too. I was told by an insurance guy, that some time soon, your 1040 will show how much you made and that you had health ins for the full 12 months. If not, then the IRS will step in with some formula and tax you. Not sure, but it sounds crazy. Sooooooo, if the aliens pay taxes, does this mean they will be taxed for their health insurance too if their employer doesn't provide insurance? George
