You must not have very good reading comprehension. I take that to mean they use the early varieties for Frito-Lay and as it states in parenthesis, Russet Burbank are used for french fries! Mark Messier is from St. Albert and still has family here. Since he was the Lays spokesman, maybe I should see if he's available to come and set you straight.
