Ditto on the documentation. Bring the registration and your driver"s license with you in addition to the VIN#. Here"s a little secret. They will want to get you to have it towed to the dealership and charge you to program the keys. You can do what"s called a "30 min learn". I can do it in 10 minutes by doing a theft deterrent learn with GM TIS2WEB at the dealership. You can do the same by cranking the engine for a second or two, waiting about 10 minutes for the security indicator to go out, and repeating the process 2 more times. On the 3rd try, the system will learn the key. Any other keys you just start the engine with the original key and as fast as you can switch keys and start the engine.
