I agree with Casey. The hay should be enough for replacements. I would only feed if you were trying to add weight to sell them for feeders. You need to be sure they have access to free choice minerals since you are going to keep them. I like to wait and breed mine at 14 months versus 12. Seems to cut down 1st calf problems and they breed back quicker the next year.
