Not 100% sure what you mean but.....it actually broke where the "cable head" screws into the "fork" (dunno correct names). Tried modifying it and did some welding and it would have worked but i did not have a straight shot back into the sheath and the cable bent ....and im done playing with it.
The sheath part is good but i dont see how you can put another cable in it and connect the ends.--im all ears though. Im not sure where i could get another cable to use anyway unless i bought the new complete cable and at that point it would be pointless.
