Make sure the fuel mixer and its weak springs are there. The points are under a plate on the flywheel Clean them and adjust (spec is on the plate (IIRC) Pull the plugs and put some 2 stroke oil in the spark plug holes and spin it(Pedal I assume)with one of them on the wire, and the other wire grounded, to see if it has spark. Mix should be 25:1. Jim
