I can't add to this. Citgo used to be Cities Service. Old line US oil company. Used to work tugs in the summer in high school. We'd go to the back waters of Louisiana with oil barges and haul it out of the swamps where they drilled it. I remember one river we snaked through more than once. Mermentau River. Had to work 4 full sized barges through there like a snake but it was fun....for a kid.
