There are people paying $100/month. 1st of June to the end of October, equals 5 months or $500 JUST for summer pasture. Still have to get them through the winter, so not really very much would surprise me when it comes to some of the things "cattlemen" do. I have seen, many times, where they will give more for a used, bent and rusted steel t-fence post than you can buy a brand new one in town for. And you get 5 clips with the new one. Same with steel gates and stockade panels.
