Kind of sad, really, to watch the wife of the philanderer waiting for her day in court so she can tell the judge what a scoundrel the guy is, and judge won't even let her rant- because in a no-fault divorce state (which virtually all are, now), it simply is not relevant.
JDSeller's post pretty much summed up why I have never done a divorce case, and never will- I'm the nice guy lawyer who does up your Will or your property sale, and I don't have the stomach for combat. I'll never be rich, but I'm not bothered by ulcers or sleepless nights, either.
