Did a similar thing about a year ago as the tape player in the truck died. Bought a JVC from Crutchfield, went in easy and works like a charm, even has a USB on the face so I can do the IPOD thing. It's amazing how much better a $125 aftermarket radio is than the OEM. It's also interesting that all the AM stereo and FM HD statins are public radio, guess the government is the only one with enough money to upgrade their broadcast equipment
