You did not mention model number but have been a KUBOTA dealer 28 years and most of the heating issues can be traced to stopped up radiator. Most times folks THINK it is clean but in reality down in the corners it will be packed with mud and weed seed. UNLESS you have had the radiator out where you can really clean it I suspect air flow problem in the radiator. Janicholson is correct in that an infared thermometer is your best tool to locate heating issues.
