I purchased a nice 190xt (SN #13415) with a loader from a dealer. While checking it out the lift arms went down. I had the dealer flush the hydraulic system (it had water in it--very white) and put new fluid and a filter on. After the tractor was delivered, I checked the arms and they won"t go down now. Pulling back on the lever will strain the motor as if the pump is doing its job. I called the dealer back (he is 150 miles from my home) and he said they went down after flushing the system. He said to check the traction booster valve, but the spindle is sticking out and is not stuck--it moves freely. The spindle for the valve for the arms also moves freely and all the linkage appears to work fine. What else would be the problem? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
