Finger curls. 1) Fingers straight, make 90 angle with fingers straight up relative to wrist. 2) Curl/roll fingers to palm of hand. 3) With fingers rolled into palm up roll palm 90 angle in opposite direction.

There are no muscles in your hands, the muscles are in the forearm and pull tendons to the attach points in the fingers.
