There really isn't a standard. That hubface should be good. I always go with minimum hub/spring spacing to reduce the likelyhood of bending the axle. If it was mine I would get 2 channels 6' long what ever height you need to get your tires under the bed and reach to the crossmembers. Weld your suspension to them and them directly to the crossmembers. Put cross members the same size as your main rails from your main rails to the suspension rails and between your main rails. Then what ever you need to go from under your mains to the bottom of your suspension rails all the way across. Do that at all 3 suspension hangers. That will give you the strongest, and probly cheapest, answer. Channel is cheaper than tube and less likely to rust out. When ordering axles remember there are dozens of spring/suspension combos so that will affect what you need for beam height. If it was mine I would use one of the slipper spring combos rather that twin eye springs. I've had better luck keeping the axles aligned with those.
