Southern WV here but still above 3k ft. Been here for 6 years. The locals have always figured that once Mother"s Day is past they"re OK to plant. Calling for 35 in the area tonight so we"ll probably get frost tonight....getting ready to cover the garden now.
Got up at 6 and it was 45�. It"s about 9:15 now with drizzle, fog (low clouds), wind and 41�.
