Short term, just drain some of this mixture until the oil is just hitting the dipstick. The full mark on the dipstick is to allow for using remote hydraulic rams and is just reserve. this should take the oil level below the oil seals at the front of your gearbox. Long term....the seals are gone inside your clutch bell housing at the input shafts of the gearbox. The clutch will eventually fail. Before changing the oil it would be better to repair these seals. However, if you change the oil now with a cheap 15W30 oil and only fill until the oil just touches the dipstick, the new oil will help to flush the crud and water out and the tractor should be good enough to let you get your spring work done. Dispose of this new oil when you do the seals correctly and the next oil should last for another 50 years, providing the tractor is kept inside out of the rain!. Sam
