I suppose those with an ipod or smartphone where there is still cell service will check in, the others will be down for the count, I bet there isn't 20 phone poles left standing in the county. This one was a nightmare-F5? wow A good time to remind people to drive out to a YT friend's area and check in at roadblock if they can't drive all the way to the house, can't tell what people in a pickle like this might need to even get to sleep tonight- a cold beer, bag of mc doubles, sometimes an old teddy bear for a kid to cuddle.
