No storm cellar or basement, but the house here in Dallas is pier & beam set on a concrete footing.
The footing is about 18+ inches tall and 8 to 10 inches thick creating a crawl space under the house - real creepy.
If it was bad enough, I would head for there and get next to one of the concrete sides.
I"ve looked under there and don"t like the idea of getting down in there at all. There would have to be a tornado in sight and obviously headed for me before I could force myself into that area.
