I needed a starter solenoid for my MF165. Went to the local Advance Auto Friday evening to order the part. I told the clerk I wanted to order a starter solenoid for a Massey Ferguson 165 diesel farm tractor. The request drew an absolute blank. I explained again it was a farm tractor and that when I had needed parts before, the clerk found them in a tractor book kept under the counter. He gave me a blank look and started typing on the computer...I thought he was in the Advance Auto system, looking up the part. That was not the case, he was googling "NANCY FURGERSON". I knew then I was in trouble for sure...Had to make another trip Saturday to find someone who could read the parts book. Sad...The only saving grace is that they ordered the part Saturday, I got it Sunday and got the tractor going before it was needed Monday AM.
