Run a belt drive Gehl with a crusher head on it for years with a belt about that size, worked good, mine run with a twist and if you kept it tight had no trouble. In the winter on the snow if the tractor would slip some and it would get loose it would shed off the tractor pulley on a hard pull. For those who are not familiar, most if not all pulleys are raised in the center so the belt will stay centered on the pulley even if it's not lined up properly. The WD should be a good match for the mill.
