I bought a used 2006 PJ 18' beavertail solid deck car hauler 2 years ago. I use it for hauling just about anything. I have no complaints. This isn't so heavy that it pulls real nice behind my Chevy K1500 and I've hauled as much as 5,000 lbs on it with no problem. It could use a paint job but that's a non issue, hand the neighbor girl 50 bucks and a bucket of paint. This trailer was built in Mexico but I don't see any of the construction of it as less than if I had built it myself.
