If this engine has the original oil filter can with a pipe on the side. I may be wrong on this, but one thing you could try to increase pressure to the flow of oil in the block itself is to stop the flow of oil to the filter by removing the line to the side of the canister where it comes out of the block and putting in a plug. This engine only filtered about 10% of the oil, unlike today's engines in which all the oil is sent through the filter. The increase in pressure may push up any other bits of silicone still in the internal passages. This should only be used to flush the block and the filter reattached before restarting the engine.
