The leak there is caused by a spool seal wearing out, they are normally o rings and can usually be easily replaced. However, some spools are made with sharp lands that will cut a new ring if the proper procedure is not followed. If you are mechanically talented you should be able to see what needs to be done, if not get a hydraulics man to give you a hand.
