I'm really 'forecasting the weather' today for sure. Snow on the ground and 70% chance of rain for Fri-Sat with a chance on Sun too.
Exercise does help a lot. If I can get motivated and moving the body feels better in fifteen minutes or so, but I have to keep moving, as you know. Sitting in the tractor for an extended period does NOT help and that's just what I'm going to be doing when it dries up.
My Grandmother had it really bad from 35 years old till she died at 90. I always knew her as a crippled person with bent fingers. She was violently sensitive to anti-inflammatories, meaning aspirin back in those days, but she did exercise while laying in bed. That's all she could do for it. I'm not anywhere near that bad but at 62 I'm not at all ready for the rocking chair. Maybe 30 years from now, but not now. LOL Jim
