I can sympathize with you, my knees hurt with every step I take, but I haven't asked the doc for anything yet, I take more than I care to now. I just take couple aspirin or some other pain killer now and then. I tried one "remedy" which was cover some white raisins with gin and let soak until the gin was gone then eat a spoonful or two every day. Didn't help my arthritis that I could tell, but it sure made the raisins taste good! Only other thing I do is a couple shots of Bourbon about supper time.
