Was a few days late once with a mortgage payment when the loan was new (but not our first loan with them) and got a call but don't hear from them anymore. We deal with a home town bank for mortgages and such but my company owns a bank and do most of our business with them, just have to pop downstairs to the branch in the building if I have to do any face to face.
