Nice area. Some friends live up in Oakridge ranch. I used to see Hal Allen - Allen Ranch- a lot before he died, always wanted me to come over and shot some birds. Sorry to hear about the property on 155, some folks just don't appreciate a good thing when they have it. Trying to deal with clueless relatives can be tough.
