Both single and dual spool valve assemblies are available to fit your 961, and are bolt-on installations.
Used valves can occassionally be found on ebay, salvage yards, and here in the ads forum. New valves are still available from TISCO but are quite expensive.
The going rate for a used single spool valve is usually around $250, while dual spool valves go for about twice as much.
