The small print agreement in Craigslist is that you aren't suppose to relist something for a month or so, and only in one area... few people on there have that sort of patience, so they put up an add for the same thing, 2 days apart, different areas, but same pictures and phone number... CL doesn't really police that sort of thing unless someone reports it. It could be a phishing scam unless there's a real phone number. If it's a real number, you do know this, he's desperate to sell it!
