Keith, First, Talk the the Service Manager, any and all higher authority's of your Dealership to get your problem resolved. If that doesn't work THEN.... Get the name of the Regional Reps for Ford and go to Him with your problem. It should not have to go further than that. Dealerships usually don't want a Regional Rep on their Case about a problem they should have fixed in the first place. Hope that helps. Later, John A.
