There are four lugs that are drivers - they fit onto four individual bumps or rises on the raised circle around the rim. Of course there are several more lugs around the wheel. There are four more raised bumps that have never been used on that same raised circle around the rim - I could move the driving lugs to these four. What I am saying is that there is play between the four lugs that drive and the four raised bumps on the rim that are driven. Actually more than just play, I think it might move an inch back and forth. Power shift probably doesn't help.
