1 - you shoulda had a cd w/the require programs for your scanner. Place pic on scanner. find the right combination of buttons or menu panels to scan and save to PC. Mine will save it to the C:WindowsScan folder within My Documents.
2 - Again, another cd to load on your PC. It should have come w/a cable. USB on PC side, other end fits into a port on te camera. Mine auto detects the new hardware(camera connected) and auto downloads to My Pictures.
3 - Depends on your cell phone. I"ve got an old flip phone. Only way to get pics of phone to PC is to email them to your home addy.
