My post a couple days ago about my broken disc hitch may have started all this about rapairs? In my case the hitch was a long ways down on my list of things to do. I was watching the wear area on the hitch it wasen't too bad about 1/2 worn I knew it would last another season. but what surprised me was a crappy weld fron years past let go on one side, and pulled right through the hitch pin. With all that benig said sometimes it is the fear of the unknown. in my case, how was I going to bend a 1 inch bar in to a nice looking circle and have it come out even to be welded to the hitch. As it turned out it didn't turn out half bad. This new hitch will last me my lifetime. Now my other same AC disc is facing the same problem. Should I repair it? No it will probably last another season. Every one has their way do doing repairs. When I repair anything it is done to the best of my ability, which is usually just as good as new, or almost. Waiting for the sun to come out so I can do some mowing. Stan
