I do know what you were talking about. The first ten years or so of my farming career I just couldn't make as thorough of repairs as I would have liked to because I didn't have the money. The big horse of the farm was kept up in top shape with new parts at all times but the rest of the herd had to take the back seat. A good friend talks about his mother's brother-in-law who was so tight he'd gather up the neighbor's used oil and put it in his John Deere B thinking he was saving money. He had money in the bank, he just didn't want to spend it on upkeep. Jim
