You can try to watch for her tail head to sink in - or swelling/loosening of various parts in the back end - then it'll be real close - like a day. Also just watch for funny behavior - tail up but little or no.. "pooping"
good luck - it's amazing thing to watch when the calf actually gets up and walks around. You'll be as proud as she is.
Give mom plenty of space to avoid stressing her out. Even if she's normally very docile, she does not want you around now. Keep dogs away.
