Thanks for the assistance. The fuse block was filled with gunk and wasn't making good contact with the spades of the fuse. Sometimes I could probe the battery side where the "flasher" fits in and there would be power. Sometimes there wouldn't be power. The connection between the fuse block and the fuse just couldn't carry any load. Found the problem by cutting into the brown wire and powering it with known battery power. 4 - ways worked. Cleaned the connectors in the fuse block with a precision screwdriver and put the fuse back in and things worked once I spliced the brown wire back together. Sometimes when I pushed the 4 - way flasher button I would hear one small click of the flasher. Thats when the power would open at the fuse. QUESTION? Can you pull the connectors out of the fuse block from the back and replace them like on corn planter monitor connectors??? I noticed some of them do not have the pressure connecting to the fuse like they should. Thanks.
