I would sure try to get it running, if you could- you really take a beating if tractor doesn't run, because buyer can't evaluate the other systems (transmission, hydraulics, rear end, etc.) and there's always the suspicion (especially if it looks nice) that its "non-running" to cover up a busted bull gear or something major.
Running and looking good, I'd start at $3,500 or so, and maybe you'll find someone that's been looking for one. But don't be surprised if you end up between $2,000 and $2,500.
