As you already know they were manufactured in Mich not to far from where I,m located , I don't know the real production numbers on them but there wasn't many of them built and their design was an evolution over many years of manufacturing, the early one's were basic and the later ones were more evolved with nicely done sheet metal. I,m guessing a lot would have to do with the time period it was built I suspect the earlyier one's were built in fewer numbers .I would have to say that their value is likely consumer driven, if some one has been looking for one they may pay more then the next person whom has no interest in owning one .
