Shoot the thing with ether... starting fluid then follow it right away with PB Blaster or the like. Quick shot and right away with the PB. The freeze of the ether will make the thing shrink a wee bit then when it warms back up it'll suck the PB in.
Repeat a couple times and then throw your puller back on it and it'll slip off of there like it was riding on butter... :)
