Did mine with NRCS about 6 or 8 years ago. Cows usually had the whole pasture down to brown dirt by winter, and it didn't even star to look green until June or July, and then for a month or so. It took four or five years, but it's green almost all year now, and grazed until December or January before they go into a sacrifice pasture for the winter and full time hay. I was skeptical at first, but rotational grazing works....
